Citric Workshop

Assuming that everyone can agree there’s no such thing as too much lemon, and inspired by the laden branches in our citrus orchard, we kicked off this year’s series of Gourmet workshops with a Lemon-Centric theme!
Curds, marinated olives, drizzle cakes and preserved Moroccan lemons. For lunch we added a vibrant beet hummus and a blood orange and halloumi salad.
